Final Planning Meeting & Kitchen Opening
This is a mandatory meeting for all Lead Volunteers and will be held in the kitchen at the Menard Center. All volunteers welcome!
In this meeting, we will do a run-through for the 2025 Christmas Friendship Dinner and tie up all loose ends. All Leads must attend.
After the meeting we will open the kitchen. Many volunteers are needed to move kitchen equipment and supplies from storage into the kitchen and unload trucks with turkeys and hams.

CFD Board Meetings & Volunteer Information Meetings
Board meetings are typically held once a month until October, when they are biweekly or weekly as Christmas day approaches. Everyone is welcome at the Board meetings. Volunteer Information meetings are held after the Board meetings. These meetings are to introduce volunteers to CFD, answer questions, and exchange ideas. CFD in Palmer Colony Christmas Parade of Lights

Join us in the Colony Christmas Parade of Lights! We will walk in the parade, handing out candy to kids and flyers to adults. This is a great opportunity for the whole family to participate.
